RETAIL SUPERVISORY STAFF REQUIRED FOR PERMANENT POSTS

We are currently looking for new team members to come and join us at our stores in Trentham Shopping Village and High Street, Leek.

The person
Retail experience incorporating face to face contact with customers is a must and supervisory experience a bonus, although more important is a positive attitude towards your career, ambition & drive to succeed in whatever you do and an artistic flair for making our products look their very best as well as helping to create stunning merchandising displays.

The role
We open almost every day throughout the year at Trentham, so weekend working is a key requirement for this role, as is flexibility in working hours to ensure the store is adequately covered with sufficient staff at all times.
The main part of the role is greeting and serving customers to provide them with an exceptional retail experience, other duties are stocking and merchandising the store, keeping it clean and COVID safe.

Working hours
Depending on the store, we open at either 9.30am or 10.00am and close at 5.30pm or 6.00pm.
The posts are permanent and will offer up to 4 days per week with overtime available during busy periods or to cover for staff holidays. Additional hours could be regular for those who are willing to travel between and work at our other stores.
Some evening hours would be necessary as we open for a few late night shopping evenings in December.
