For two decades, we have been dedicated to providing our customers with an exquisite selection of high quality olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and an array of delightful liquors, spirits and wines.
We pride ourselves on not just the products we offer, but also the unique experience we create for our loyal customers.
Our carefully curated selection, decanted into beautifully shaped bottles, makes each purchase a treat for the senses. We understand the importance of personal touches, which is why we also offer a personalisation and gift wrapping service tailored to each customer's specific requirements.
Our loyal customers will remember that we started life as "Vom Fass" for the first decade and then took the opportunity to transform and IL GUSTO TRENTHAM was born and has now completed a second decade.
We also took the opportunity to relocate just a few doors away on the Trentham Estate, to a newly designed and shop fitted home that better serves our needs.
Recent years
This last few years have presented many challenges, the global economic changes, the arrival of Covid 19 resulting in 2 lockdowns, the regulation changes and costs brought about by the Brexit referendum and the low point of Cancer affecting both employees and customers alike. However, we have ended on a high note, winning the title of "Best Giftshop in England" in the prestigious England Business Retail Awards ...we have never been prouder to bring that title home to The Trentham Estate, Staffordshire.

Take a 360 degree look inside our Trentham store to see the types of products we have on our shelves and to give you an idea of what to expect if you come to visit us.
Many of our spirits are stored in casks, and this is how we serve all our premium quality products, decanted from a cask into the bottle of your choice, selected from our wide range of unique shapes and sizes.
As you take the tour you'll see wooden casks, crafted from oak, where we store the whiskey, which help to maintain it's original flavour.
You'll also be able to view the large glass balloons where different liqueur flavours, cognacs, gins and other spirits are kept as they are originally intended.
Remember to scan over the shelves to see the different styles of shaped bottles which are critical in making the purchase so unique.
